Cancellation Policy

Writers’ Room Rental Policy (2-Hour Minimum) The Writers’ Room is a private, quiet creative space designed for writing, producing, and focused creation. All rentals require a 2-hour minimum booking (time starts at the scheduled start time). Master Prep List Booking + Time 2-hour minimum per reservation. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled; late arrivals do not extend the end time. If you run over, extensions are subject to availability and are billed in additional time increments (as applicable). Included + Use The room is intended for songwriting, beat-making, pre-production, planning, and light demo work. Treat all equipment, furniture, and room items with care. Report issues immediately. Capacity + Conduct Respect the space and other studio areas: keep noise controlled and doors closed. No disruptive behavior, smoking/vaping, or illegal activity on the property. Food + Drink Drinks with lids are allowed. Keep food simple/clean and dispose of trash before leaving. Leave the room as you found it (reset chairs, clear surfaces, throw away trash). Damage + Liability You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by you or your guests. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Cancellations / Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made in advance (as defined in your booking confirmation). Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. End-of-Session Save/export your work before time ends and allow a couple minutes to pack up. The next session may start immediately after yours—please exit on time.
