Complete Songwriting Pack is built for serious releases—when you don’t want to leave with “ideas,” you want a demo-ready direction you can move into production with immediately. This pack includes a 3–4 hour writing block (or two focused 2-hour sessions) where we develop the song end-to-end: full lyrics, a clear melody/topline, and a practical arrangement plan that supports the emotion and replay value of the track. What’s included: • 3–4 hour session (or two 2-hour sessions) • Full lyrics + melody direction (hook, verse cadence, bridge lift) • Demo arrangement plan (intro/verse/chorus dynamics + key “moment” notes) • Scratch demo recording: rough vocal + guide instrumental, or vocals over your provided beat Deliverables: • Clean lyric sheet (final draft) • Demo bounce (MP3/WAV) • Session notes (melody, cadence, arrangement, and performance cues) • Next-step roadmap so you know exactly what to do next (production, recording, revisions) Perfect for: Artists preparing a single release, building an EP, or anyone who wants a complete song blueprint plus a usable scratch demo to take straight into recording or production.
Cancellation Policy
Writers’ Room Rental Policy (2-Hour Minimum) The Writers’ Room is a private, quiet creative space designed for writing, producing, and focused creation. All rentals require a 2-hour minimum booking (time starts at the scheduled start time). Master Prep List Booking + Time 2-hour minimum per reservation. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled; late arrivals do not extend the end time. If you run over, extensions are subject to availability and are billed in additional time increments (as applicable). Included + Use The room is intended for songwriting, beat-making, pre-production, planning, and light demo work. Treat all equipment, furniture, and room items with care. Report issues immediately. Capacity + Conduct Respect the space and other studio areas: keep noise controlled and doors closed. No disruptive behavior, smoking/vaping, or illegal activity on the property. Food + Drink Drinks with lids are allowed. Keep food simple/clean and dispose of trash before leaving. Leave the room as you found it (reset chairs, clear surfaces, throw away trash). Damage + Liability You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by you or your guests. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Cancellations / Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made in advance (as defined in your booking confirmation). Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. End-of-Session Save/export your work before time ends and allow a couple minutes to pack up. The next session may start immediately after yours—please exit on time.
